I’m working with a client who called four days before they were holding a “vetting” meeting regarding major organization and culture change. The technical assessments, analysis and reviews were absolutely focused on the customer and productivity. A great technical solution. BUT, the change it required within the organization — structure, metrics, accountability, ownership, open communications, candid communications, etc. — the “behavioral” pieces that technical change will require had not been planned for. Key Stakeholders and “potential” resistance had not been analyzed with an influence strategy. So the “acceptance” piece of the process was not in place. The Key to sustained change
HR 007 has been working this week on sustained change. Change 007 is targetting as a permanent change. You know, the type of change organizations want to implement to save time and money. Well it won’t work unless the top leadership is all talking the same with shared leadership goals and clear vision and communications. So HR 007 has developed the roadmap for leadership that will engage and energize everyone in the organization. WHAT FUN we are having!!!
